-       1 cucumber                                                  - 1 cup of tea or coffee without sugar
4 DAY:
            Lunch:                                                          Dinner:
-       125 g fresh cheese                                      - 125 g meat
-       1 tomato                                                       - 2 tomato
-       1 toast                                                                      - 1 toast
- 1 apple
5 DAY:
            Lunch:                                                          Dinner:
-       200 g meat or fish                                       - 0,5 kg fruit
-       1 tomato                                                       - 1 egg
·         - 1 tomato
