However, as the year progresses we often invent one by one excuse and do not adhere to a New Year's decisions.

A large number of people which make a decision that by the summer vacation their weight put in order, it would regularly go to the gym or that will at home to practice, but very often it does not comply.

What is the solution? Personal fitness trainer Julia Buckley has some tips for you who have made the decision that you will lost weight.
